Partner Hooghly located in West Bengal, India., was formed in the year 1993.

Partner is a group of Parents and Well Wishers of Mentally Challenged Children many of whom have additional deficiencies like Epilepsy, Behavioral Disorder and other problems.

Partner is Registered under:

West Bengal Society Registration Act
Disability Commissioner (WB)
National Trust (A Govt.of India Body)
The Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, to receive Foreign Donations.
Section 12A of Income Tax Act, Govt. of India – The donations to Partner are exempted from Taxes under Section 80G of Income Tax Act.

To Enhance the process of Social Integration of Children with special needs through various awareness programmes.
To establish a Rehabilitation Centre of Permanent nature that would also include residential facilities.
